The sugar-free version only requires 2/3 of the amount the sugared does. It is more cost-effective than the regular with sugar if the containers are the same price. I often will stick with one flavor for awhile and then get tired of it and then switch to another. My two favorite flavors and the only two I will buy after trying all the other flavors thru the years is French Vanilla and Salted Carmel. They are just as good as the convenient store's. cappuccino. Only you can make it fresh right at home when ever you want it. I do wish it was just a little bit cheaper. But it is almost impossible to get now a any of the local super stores. Amazon ships it to Prime members free. Also I save bu having it in Subscribe and Save monthly or staggered to my schedule. So that means even more savings. I love the rich flavor of this cappuccino.
