Update: The company reached out to me for a refund, I requested a new whisk instead to check quality, it has been much better this time around. Grateful for the company to work to solve the issue. We have bought these more than a dozen times, they would work well for 2-3 months make 2-4 matchas a day before they would start to fall apart or mold, despite proper care and drying. This last one we opened on March 4th and it barely lasted 2 weeks. Such a bummer, now to find a new matcha whisk. i really hope their quality improves.
