The double manifold, also called vacuum gas distributaries usually used in Schlenk line. Main parts are spaced 100mm center to center. With # 15 O-RING joints to serrated hose connections Laboy glass flasks are heavy wall designed, made by hand-blowing to ensure uniform wall thickness, made of high-quality borosilicate glass and annealed at 800 degree Celsius, can be heated directly in an open flame and can withstand typical laboratory thermal variations in Chemistry processes like heating and cooling.

## Features

- Dual-Valve Outlet Control: Each of four stations has separate 0-8mm high-vacuum valves for the vacuum and inert-gas banks, supporting independent evacuation, isolation, and backfilling.
- Four #15 Outlet Flanges: Each shared reaction outlet terminates in a #15 O-ring flange for connection to compatible flange adapters or downstream glassware.
- Dual-Bank Construction: Separate 22mm OD vacuum and inert-gas banks support parallel air-free reactions, solvent transfer, evacuation, and controlled inert-gas delivery.
- Dimensions and Accessories: Four stations are spaced 100mm center to center. Flange adapters, stoppers, O-rings, clamps, tubing, pumps, traps, regulators, and bubblers are sold separately.
- Setup and Safety: Install a cold trap before the vacuum pump and vent the inert-gas bank through a bubbler or relief path. Support the manifold securely; never pressurize an isolated system.
