I did a lot of research on products to help with my debilitating leg cramps. I found this product. I was very skeptical. I have a routine of magnesium and potassium that keeps the cramps from destroying my legs, but I still get cramps in the night that feel like a hot knife cutting my legs. I also have sleep problems. The first night I took two tablets and I noticed improvement. I then increased to the three tablets. My body and leg cramps have basically disappeared. I sleep so much better.
