I can speak for the fitness aspect of them but they have definitely improved my sleep quality. At first I thought that perhaps it was just in my head but after taking them for several weeks now I feel that I am more well rested in the morning when I wake up. It is also easier for me to wake up and I’ve found that I usually wake up on the first alarm rather than hitting snooze several times. I also feel that an unintended side effect of these has been an improvement in my mood. I definitely feel calmer and more patient especially when with my children. I’m not sure if I can attribute that to these capsules directly or if that is due to me feeling more rested. All in all I would recommend these.
