They do not mention the fact that you can get a days supply of vitamin b-12 probably if you take around two four pill servings but I am not postive. I just know they are a good source. I recently purchased another brand as I was running out of this and they list the B-12 content. The pill size in the other brand is different and to get a days supply in that brand you have to take 6. So for all you vegans and vegetarians this is a major score to keep up your b-12 stores. Not only that it is chock full of other veg nutrients like beta carotene, zenathin, minerals and other nutrients not listed on the label. The pills do get a little messy there was just a small amount green powdery residue from them shaking around perhaps. Yet, I prefer that to coatings that are hard for you to digest and might be questionable.
