We use them for our industrial coffee maker at work. They fill a restaurant style pot. I'm guessing it is around 10-11 cups. It has a good flavor but might be a bit stronger in a regular coffee pot. **Q: The picture in the description shows it being used in a 5 cup coffee maker. So I’m guessing that is the size of the pot per package?** A: I have a Mr Coffee it's a 12 cup and it did make the coffee weaker than I like for a morning cup . I'm my house they're 3 adults that need their morning coffee fix 1 liked it the others needed it stronger. We never made it for 5. I hope that answers your question **Q: Are the filters cone shaped or basket shaped (flat bottome)?** A: The filters that come with this coffee are flat-bottomed round filters that do not work with my coffee pot (Cuisinart, which takes cone #4 filters, a very common type).
