Is it or is it not a pump?** A: Originally, about 2 years ago, the pump was available, but I haven't been able to order it since. Currently the aerosol "mist" is what I get and that's okay. Looking at the Amazon pictures I think the pump has a smaller plastic cap and the mist a larger-full sized one.
