Review: Thick, gingery, garlicy and good - I honestly use it in every meal nowadays. It's sweet, but comparatively not as sweet as other teriyaki sauces I've had in the past. It's also a lot thicker that other teriyaki sauce's i've had in the past, and works very well throughout a lot of various meals like fried rice, potatoes, etc. It has a nice gingery/garlic taste as well.

**Q: What's the consistency: thick like barbecue sauce or more watery like a marinade?**
A: I use Minor's bourbon sauce, mostly for wild salmon filets.  It's excellent and is a relatively thick sauce.  I usually add a little bit more bourbon, which thins it out a bit, but I'm careful to not add too much.  I'm into my second bottle, and I love it.  Great for chicken too!

A: Once opened, sauce should be kept refrigerated.

**Q: Is this kosher ?**
A: Unfortunately, it is not Kosher
