I used it on our small bar sink in our living room area. It’s a rough granite that is extremely porous and stains very easily. Despite endless scrubbing and trying several methods, I could not remove the water spots. This covered them up and gave it a nice sheen. I have included before and after photos. I plan to use it on my kitchen countertops next. It was very easy to apply and certainly worth the price. I purchased 2 bottles because I wasn’t sure how much I would need for both projects but very little is actually required. I definitely recommend this product! There was barely a trace of extra. Waited 1 hour for it to cure and put my stuff back on my honed granite. It has a “wet” look. Not shiny. It looks amazing and is so fast and easy! Will this product let me avoid having to polish those edges?** A: It will make them look the way they look when they are damp. It does not give the stone any shine. **Q: My fabricator plans to seal my honed black mist granite with a DuPont sealer. Can this be applied over a normal sealer and be effective?** A: Can't answer; I'd suggest contacting DuPont direct. **Q: Does this product work on granite that has been lightened due to using harsh chemicals? I have since resealed and polished, but no luck.** A: If the stone is scarred by chemicals it may not work.
