Espero que os sirva. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente para nadadores de todos los niveles *by C***I on Reviewed in Spain on 6 March 2020* A pesar de que en el anuncio indica que se trata de un tubo de buceo, en realidad es un tubo para natación. Concretamente para los estilos libres y, en menor medida, mariposa.Se utiliza comúnmente par mejorar la posición del nadador sobre el agua y poder centrarse en la técnica de brazos. También para primerizos o personas con dolencias cervicales que no quieran renunciar a nadar, pero que tienen dificultades con la técnica de respiración. Al utilizar este tipo de tubos no es necesario rotar la cabeza, ni sacarla del agua para respirar. Se colocan sobre la frente y hacia atrás.Dicho esto, se trata de una versión colorista y con una sección más que suficiente para que el caudal de aire no se vea comprometido. Al mismo tiempo, el esfuerzo respiratorio es mínimo.La sujección es cómoda y segura, con un mínimo de vibración en la fase subacuática. Tiene un diseño bonito, muy del gusto del nadador ocasional y juvenil.Personalmente lo utilizo con gafas de natación, pero si usas máscara facial de natación también es compatible con estas. no obstante y dado que se coloca sobre la frente, las de buceo que cubren más superficie puede que no puedan usarse con este tubo.Si tienes dudas sobre su manejo o la posición óptima de la cabeza y su alineación con el cuerpo, en internet hay profusión de vídeos formativos acerca del uso y entrenamiento con este tipo de tubos y otras ayudas.
