Only sucks stuff that has been sneezed out of my baby's nose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I included a short video to help show the suction on my hand and how easily it will release the suction as well *by A***U on Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2016* Item comes exactly as shown in pictures. It comes with two suction adapters and both are really soft rubbery material. The suction is strong enough to work but not strong enough to cause discomfort,perfectly powerful. I included a short video to help show the suction on my hand and how easily it will release the suction as well. The suction is on while pressing the power button but doesn't stay on once you release the button verses some others you press power and it goes until you turn off the product. I like the press as you go much better. My only complaint is the noise as it may be alarming or intimidating to some little ones or while they are half asleep it may wake they or keep them alert. Everything is easy to take apart to clean properly! Instructions are included as well. Overall the product gets the job done and makes parents and caretakers lives much easier to help the child! I purchased this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
