## Overview

The Hyperwear Hyper Vest FIT is a women-specific adjustable weighted vest featuring removable USA steel shot weights from 1 to 10 pounds, designed for comfort with no chest weights and a slim, no-bounce fit. ## Description

The Hyperwear Hyper Vest FIT is a weighted vest designed for women who want more out of the walking, hiking, rucking and home workouts they already do. Zip it on, set the load you want, and every step carries a little more resistance - weighted walking made simple. Why Women Choose The Hyper Vest FIT Women-Specific Fit That Actually Works Unlike generic vests designed for men, the Hyper Vest FIT has NO WEIGHTS OVER YOUR CHEST, so it stays comfortable whatever your bust size. Zip up the front and go. The Stackable 5 or 10 Pound Weighted Vest You Can Actually Wash Machine-washable CORDURA fabric with a soft satin lining keeps this vest fresh and odor-free, unlike iron sand neoprene vests that develop permanent chemical smells. Remove the weights and toss it in the washing machine after sweaty workouts. Walking Weights For Real Life, Not Just The Gym These are weights for walking that fit the day you already have - daily walks, household chores, errands, yard work, the treadmill or the stairs. The slim weight containers create a discreet, ultra-thin profile you can wear under a jacket or hoodie, reflective details keep you visible on early morning or evening walks, and the elastic side lacing stops bouncing during running, jogging, rucking or HIIT. Adjustable Weight, 0.5 lb At A Time Start light and add weight as you get stronger. Many women begin at 2-4 lb and work up to 6-10 lb, so the same vest takes you from your first weighted walk to strength training and cardio at home. It also makes a practical fitness gift for women building a long-term routine. Designed In The USA With Premium Materials Weights made in the USA from recycled steel shot, durable CORDURA fabric, padded shoulders and an easy front zip closure. Three sizes, from petite to plus size women.

## Features

- START LIGHT, PROGRESS AT YOUR OWN PACE with USA steel shot in 0.5 lb removable containers - begin at 1-2 lb as a beginner and add weight up to 10 lb, without buying a new vest. Machine washable and odor-free, unlike iron sand neoprene vests
- WOMEN-SPECIFIC DESIGN with no weights over the chest, comfortable for every bust size - performance stretch fabric keeps the load low on your torso, not on neck and shoulders like men's vests. Three sizes (Small, Medium, Large), petite to plus size
- MACHINE-WASHABLE CORDURA FABRIC with satin lining means no permanent odor buildup - remove weights and toss it in the wash after sweaty workouts. Soft interior, no chafing during daily wear, household chores, errands or walks around the neighborhood
- WEIGHTED WALKING, RUCKING AND STRENGTH TRAINING AT HOME - add resistance to walks you already take, hikes, the treadmill, stairs or bodyweight exercises. Adjust the load 0.5 lb at a time up to 10 lb, low impact, no gym and no dumbbells needed
- NO-BOUNCE, ULTRA-SLIM FIT - elastic side lacing keeps the vest snug during running, jogging, rucking, HIIT or jumping, with reflective details for early morning or evening walks. Front zipper, easy on and off, thin enough for under a jacket or hoodie

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this weighted vest work for someone with a large chest (D cup or larger)?**
A: Yes! The Hyper Vest FIT is specifically designed for women with larger bust sizes. Unlike standard vests, there are NO WEIGHTS OVER YOUR CHEST, so you won't experience the flattening, pressure, or discomfort common with other weighted vests.

**Q: Why do people walk with a weighted vest?**
A: Walking with added weight makes it a weight-bearing activity — your body works against more load with every step. It's the most accessible way to add resistance to something you're already doing.

**Q: What's the minimum and maximum weight I can use?**
A: Minimum: You can use as few containers as you want, starting at 1 lb (two containers). Maximum: The vest holds up to 10 lbs (twenty containers). Most women use 6-10 lbs for daily walking, for bone health stimulation .

**Q: Can I wear this if I have a bad knee or hip?**
A: Yes, but start conservatively. The added weight increases load on your joints, so if your knees or hips are sensitive, begin with only 2-4 lbs and increase very gradually (1 lb every 2-3 weeks). Walk on flat, even surfaces initially.

**Q: I'm 62 and just starting out. How should I start using this?**
A: Here's a safe progression: Start with 4-6 lbs during your regular walks. Wear it for 20-30 minutes initially, 3-4 times per week. After 2 weeks, increase to 30-45 minutes. After 4 weeks, add 1-2 lbs. Work up to 8-10 lbs over 2-3 months.
