Don't quote me on that), cannot activate the side buttons and the two of the main left/right/middle buttons at the same time. This may not seem like a big deal, since who would be pressing THREE mouse buttons at once? Well, certain games, namely MMORPGs, have a function where you can press the left and right buttons at the same time to walk. So, if one were to use this mouse to move in that fashion and then press something hotkeyed to the side fourth and fifth buttons, your character will stop moving entirely and would stand there doing nothing. The mouse doesn't simply ignore the third input, it actually ignores ALL input from every button while all three buttons are pressed. Let's just say that's not a particularly fun thing to have happen.Other than that, the ergonomic portion of the mouse feels good, even if it's a little on the smaller side. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST mouse for people with small hands and wrist pain *by S***J on Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2017* This is the BEST mouse for people with small hands and wrist pain. I have tried over a dozen so-call ergonomic mouse, and they are all not-usable because I can't even reach the regular left and right buttons with my fingers, forget all the other fancy features and side buttons. It is also incredibly light, which is amazing - I don't understand why some of the other fancier, more expensive mouse have weights in them. I will check for scrolling function when first received because some of them are just not as good as others (maybe 1 out of 4-5), and even initially normal ones do deteriorate with time (but I am in occupation where there is extensive amount of scrolling involved). Since it is so easy to return with Amazon and $9.99 is much cheaper price to pay than going to physical therapy or getting steroid injection to the wrist (and I need to fight with the scheduler and take unpaid time off to get either), I change mouse every 3 months and have several backups. From the base of my hand to the top of my middle finger is 7 inches. Anyone with hands larger than this would find it uncomfortable. I just plugged it in and used it since I read other reviews regarding the instructions. Since I have multiple monitors, I like to pick up the mouse so that I can move across multiple monitors without using the entire desktop as a mouse pad.
