However, no one has had any issues and one of my providers even got one for her desk. Between this and my little mini crockpot, the only time I eat out is if I did not have time to package or cook at all. **Q: Can you plug this into the cigarette lighter in a car? or just an electrical outlet?** A: The Hotlogic Mini draws 45 watts and plugs into 120V AC. To use it in your car, you would need an inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter. On Amazon, a 75 watt inverter costs about $16 and in addition to an AC plug, most of them allow you to plug in USB to charge your cell phone etc. You would plug the inverter into your cigarette lighter and then plug the HotLogic Mini into the inverter. Since the inverter is rated at about twice the power requirement for the device, no problem. **Q: where is it made?** A: The plate itself is made in the USA. "Made in the USA" is molded on the bottom of the plate. The soft case is made in China-per the cloth tag on the case. **Q: Does anyone have experience with taking through airport security? my husband works at atl and is not sure it will get through the security checkpoint.** A: It's fine. In a flight attendant(based in ATL) but anyone could bring this through security. I love my! Perfect for hotel rooms so I'm sure your husband will love using it. ## Frequently Bought Together - HOTLOGIC Mini Heated Lunch Box- Portable Electric Food Warmer for Men and Women - Great for Work, Office, and Construction - Cook, Reheat, and Eat on the Go - 120V - Black - Pyrex Simply Store Glass Food Storage Container, Snug Fit Non-Toxic Plastic BPA-Free Lids, Freezer Dishwasher Microwave Safe, 6 Cup - HOTLOGIC Mini Heated Lunch Box - Portable Electric Food Warmer for Men and Women - Great for Work, Office, and Construction - Cook, Reheat, and Eat on the Go - 120V - Red --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/279750943-hotlogic-mini-heated-lunch-box-portable-electric-food-warmer-men](https://www.desertcart.us/products/279750943-hotlogic-mini-heated-lunch-box-portable-electric-food-warmer-men) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
