I tried many different things to keep the rash and the itch under control. Nothing was truly effective, then I happened to find this product on Amazon. It works!!! Both the rash and the itch have subsided. I have been reordering it now for several months. I am never going to be without it in the house. My new born (6 months old) also had some dry skin / eczema, and this worked great for him. The cream is White in color. It has a fairly thick consistency but quickly absorbs into the skin. It does have a noticeable smell.My chin and nose have always had a issue with extremely dry peeling skin. Some - times the layers seemed extremely thick.I have tried many products including ones for psoriasis trying to resolve this issue. With no luck.The dry skin on my nose and chin would feel very itchy, since using this product that issue is gone. My skin in those areas no longer itches.My chin no longer has the layers of thick dry skin either. My nose however is peeling. Not that that is a bad thing because the skin on my nose feels smoother to the touch overall.I did notice from the first day a little stinging sensation when applying the cream to my face.
