Yay! This is a 5 week grow out from my last root job. I started the pills 2 1/2 weeks ago and noticed a big change just in that time frame!2nd photo 2 weeks later. Finished bottle. These nails won't break! :DI notice no nasty taste or smell. But I could imagine if the bottles are sitting in certain temps or humidity it might cause a lil breakdown and scent/flavor. Just as with any vitamins. I used to take ALIVE vitamins and they smelled and tasted horrible but hey, down the hatchet.3rd photo was 4 weeks after going platinum. I was much less consistent with taking the vitamins due to allergies throwing my immune system off so I was taking other vitamins. But I still feel this was pretty good growth for 4 weeks. Nails still strong, not as thick as when I was taking the pills everyday. Though I do feel you can get away with one pill a day at times. However the results that were obvious first were my finger nails' surface visibly looking nicer. Also, i work outside on a daily basis - summers and winters through heat and freezing temperatures always wearing hiking boots. Obviously being exposed to the climate changes has an impact on your skin but since I have taken these tablets, I noticed certain spots where my coat or equipment used to rub all of a sudden disappear. I can only imagine what it does to the inside of your body when you can see these changes to its outside! BTW: I did recommend Nature's Hair, Skin and Nails already to a client of mine who has some unfortunate issues with her skin that her physician wants to treat with harsh drugs. Have been there myself but these tablets were not on the market yet. So be a good boy / girl, take two of these per day, be a little patient and before you'll know it somebody will say "Wow, your skin looks so much better "all of a sudden"!
