Those are not like protein shakes and they do taste a bit of flax and other seeds and nuts. I put a bit of fruit on top. Good start to a day and keeps me full for longer than normal porridge.

Sometimes I just can’t face breakfast so I have a shake or smoothie. I had used lean protein powders but they have lots of horrible additives that affect me so I wanted a powder that was nutritious but relatively free from other nasties and sweeteners. I was very sceptical about Purition powder but as soon as I tasted it I loved it. It may be an acquired taste because it’s not ultra sweet but has lots of flavour but I loved it. I went on to buy three other flavours
