I had to give one star for that but updated my rating to be fair on service from Amazon and the watch design.Update: I contacted Amazon and they promptly shipped a replacement but again noticed a missing crystal on the outside of the watch so I returned the watch for a full refund out of frustration.I did love the design so much I purchased the one that has multiple colored crystals set in rose gold. That one I'm definitely keeping. The double metal clasp on this is very secure. Changing into the leather strap without having to bring to the jeweler is very convenient and cost saving.
