**Q: what is the mg per tablet?**
A: 200 mg

**Q: So what’s the difference between this and DIM?**
A: I don't know.  This is what my Dr told me to take.

**Q: The supplement facts panel actually says that this is 200mg of an i-3-c/dim complex. how much of the 200mg is just i-3-c?**
A: The IC3 is naturally converted to DIM in the stomach. From in vitro study, conversion is approximately at a 2:1 ratio or roughly 60%. A 200 mg capsule of I3C would yield approximately 120 mg of DIM.
