The indigestion was eased by Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme system. This really helped to break down the food in my stomach. Before trying both together, the food was literally on the top of my stomach. I was burping solid food in my throat sometimes. So this is my 5th week. I'm in awe I made it this far but overall it's not a bad product. The pain lasted about 2 1/2wks. I still have occasional constipation. Everything isn't free flowing yet. I'm trying to drink more water to see if that helps. My inflammation symptoms are not so bad either and burning I felt from my scalp eczema doesn't occur so often anymore.
