I see new packaging and have heard different things anyone know? Thanks :)** A: It is still the same. **Q: Is this matte or dewy** A: I would call this more dewy than matte. That being said it doesnt take much of this stuff to get the job done. And a bit of powder really knocks the dewyness down. This is still one of my faves. Just have to watch out. If you apply to much you'll look like a dish sponge . **Q: What is the lightest shade?** A: I use the darker color, so you would have to check the Cover Girl website to see the colors offered. **Q: Is this fragrance free** A: Hi there!
