It has been a perfect product for my Dublynn as we ride to our hiking spots for the past years. The most important thing to do is not to drop your dog into the bag and start your bike, this will not work. It took a month of training for Dublynn to acclimate herself to the bag. Start by leaving the bag open on it's side in your TV room and throw some treats in there, do this for a for a week. Then upright the bag and drop a treat inside, your dog will allow you to place it inside the bag to get the treat, do this for another week.
