The whistle itself is well made, however.. when you blow into it, the whistle makes a sound. Each of my animals turn to look at me when I blow the whistle, but not nearly to the extent that they should. I have had dog whistles before that completely captivate the dogs attention... Bringing dogs running and barking from all over the neighborhood.
