A: Sorry, this question isn’t clear what you are referring to the way it arrived in my e-mail from Amazon.  The tamper end itself measures 23 MM diameter.  Not ML, which is referring to capacity of a container, not the size of the tamper.

The finish is acceptable and of good quality but a bit under sized for the Nespresso compatible refillable capsules. I expected the fit to be similar to the tampers for the portafilter on my regular espresso machine. It's not, it's workable but requires more effort than if the tolerances were tighter. A friend purchased a similar tamper from another vendor that fits loosely as well, so I am assuming that there is a reason.
