**Q: What is the Shelf life of the avocado oil?**
A: It’s over 6 months

**Q: I heard Refined Avocado Oil has a high smoke point when used to oil BBQ grill grates. Is this true and has anyone used this for BBQ grates?**
A: Yes, avocado oil has a higher smoke point than most plant-based oils (above 500° F). I haven't used it for grill grates, but it should probably work.

**Q: Can you fry food and eat with this?**
A: I use this to make soap but as far as I know it is food grade oil.

**Q: why refined?**
A: Unrefined is better. Refined is processed

Omg I absolutely LOVE THIS!! It’s a cold press pure 100% avocado oil! It makes my skin so moisturized and so smooth. Very relaxing and therapeutic and would definitely recommend! Worth every bit of the price! This is be my go to moving forward.
