Try the above link. I have a 32 y/o son with Multiple Sclerosis. He is bed ridden and it can be a challenge to keep skin properly moisturized. My son does not get proper sunlight and air does not circulate around his body like ours. The black seed oil keeps his skin lubricated. I get a lot of compliments on my son's skin. Also, certain medications have made keeping his skin moist a challenge. Some medications have a drying effect on the skin. I do admit that I do not use this oil on a daily basis because after all, it is BLACK and OILY so white clothing is out of the question when in use. But when used daily you can skip a day and just put a lighter moisturizer on or nothing at all. I also use this oil when my son has a bed sore. When a wound starts to heal and the skin starts to tighten around the edges, this oil is a good lubricant and it helps a wound to heal in a not so ugly fashion. My son and I also take black seed oil capsules. I believe taking this has kept my son's blood thinner medication at a lower dose. You can also use this on your hair and scalp.
