**Q: Is the Almay all day intense gel eyeliner meant to twist out of the tube?**
A: Great question!!  I too struggled a bit with this.
No, it does not twist!!  Just use a sharpener as if it were an eyeliner pencil.

**Q: Is this eyeliner truly waterproof?**
A: This eyeliner stays on all day, sweat proof, probably would stay on in the pool.  I love it’s smooth application.  I’ll never use any other kind.

**Q: Is what you see all you get if more doesn't twist out of tube?**
A: It does not twist out of tube. you have to sharpen with sharpener. I put in freezer for just few minutes and it sharpens great.

**Q: Does this last on the water line?**
A: Definitely no water proof, it feel amazing but smudged after less than 2 hours.
