I like that they are better suited for keeping liquids and grease from seeping through like many of the gloves available allow at this price point. So far, they're holding up quite nicely.Here are some things to be aware of:1. They seem to run a little bigger than other gloves of the same size. I bought large and they are a bit loose around the fingers.2. You lose finesse and dexterity with these because of the rubberized coating.3. They are not fully liquid proof, so keep your expectations reasonable.4. They can get slippery with oil/grease on them.I've actually got a pair sitting on my metal lathe for when I'm cleaning up swarf or handling freshly machined parts. They work well and keep those metal slivers at bay, at least for now. I'll certainly buy more of these, but next time I'll go with mediums. I'd say these are 4.5 stars, but I'll round up this time.Update: I continue to like these gloves. They work well and seem to hold up alright. Slippery with WD40 though. I bought a second pack, this time medium. I use them for working in the yard, gardening, woodworking and car maintenance. They keep my hands protected from things like thorns, mud, grease and insects. They allow fine work like picking up a small screw or nail and my phone recognizes my input with them on. They are relatively durable and one pair lasted me most of the summer.
