**Q: Is this bear stuffed with beans?**
A: Hi there, this bear is stuffed with mostly stuffing.  The beans are included under the rear area in their own internal polybag inside of the bear to allow the bear to sit and give it a slightly stronger heaviness but still remain cuddly & soft!

**Q: i putchased this care bear for  my younger granddaughter, delilah.  i did not receive it!!  how do i replace it?**
A: Just go back on your original order and there is a place to dispute non receipt of goods! Amazon always make good their orders.

A: Yes. Our Care Bears have a little plastic heart on their butt.
