The blade measures 3” in length, 1.5 “ in width. **Q: Will these cut steak please? A great London steak restaurant sets some similar to these out for each place setting and were awesome** A: I am sure you could sharpen them enough, but the shape is wrong for cutting steak. They are shaped for chopping. You could set them out as a token reminder of your visit to London, but the metal blade really is not long enough to get a good slice. They are very "cute" **Q: Do these come with a Sheath?** A: No they do not come with a sheath. **Q: Why would I need a mini cleaver?** A: They are the best for cutting and removing brownies. We prefer them to the official "brownie server".
