Two things: 1. The neck is not flexible, but hard plastic. Any movement will break the item 2. There are 2 angle bends in the picture shown. The one that arrived only has 1 bend. The neck bends back into the window - is this some kind of bizarre manufacturing fault?? Inconvenienced by having to return item within the same day. This will be one of the last times I buy items like this from Amazon.
