I do not know, because I changed all my bedding, bought an air purifier as well and am on medication, but I do feel a lot better in general :). I bought this item after I found out that I am extremely allergic to dustmites. Does it work? I do not know, because I changed all my bedding, bought an air purifier as well and am on medication, but I do feel a lot better in general :). Anyway I wanted to say that the duvet cover feels amazing! It is nice and soft and you can see it is great quality.

this was advertised as noiseless. but very very noisy when one moves in bed. Although I was pleased to find an allergy/dust mite duvet cover that was 100% cotton ..noise is a big issue for me when I sleep. This was not a cheap investment, but it's way too noisy. Not happy.
