It's basically just a big manual listing general laws and regulations - and very expensive! While this book does not provide you with state specific information, just from reading through the first four chapters, I have to say that general P&C knowledge is conveyed in a very understandable but thorough manner. 19 Chapters with end-of chapter short exams. And two more chapters with final exams - 50 questions each. The nice thing about all the exams is that not just the answers are given but also a corresponding explanation. I would say that this book contains about 450 pages of P&C knowledge, as well as a cram sheet and glossary. The book came in a brand new condition and the accompanying CD - ROM actually worked! It will give you access to the book's pdf version as well as to practice exams (for each chapter and comprehensive finals). Just keep in mind that you can take the exams three times each only! Overall, I am glad that I went ahead and purchased this product, as it seems to be a valuable addition to the mandatory pre-licensing literature. Make sure to study state-specific information as well. Hopefully, this will help me understand P&C more in-depth and apply knowledge in a more practical way, so that I can pass the state exam. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Study Guide *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2019* One of my jobs is working as an office assistant at an insurance agency, so I bought this book to brush up on my insurance lingo and to better understand certain parts of my job.I'm normally not a textbook reader, and I have trouble focusing on anything too dry, but this guide is really well written. It's actually held my attention and it's very easy to follow. There isn't a whole lot of extra fluff - it's just solid information meant to inform the reader. I can't comment on how it works for prepping for the test, but I do know that the information is really good from a practical standpoint. I understand a lot more of what's happening in the office and with particular clients. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars PNC license- i passed reading this *by O***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 1, 2017* I bought this book mainly for the exam simulator which is no longer supported by current operating system nor the publisher. But, I ended up still giving this 4 stars and here's why?... The book gives you a good overview on all iso products on the PNC outline ... i studied for the state of nj that i got supplement material from where i completed my required 40 hours to even take the exam...i read, took the exams on each chapter and used a separate test simulator. And, rinse and repeat with any areas i was lacking. This worked out well for me and i passed my exam easilly.
