I read all the reviews and immediately realized this is another product of China and their " off" sizing. I am 249 lbs, 5'6 tall and I bought the 6X. Slid up without a fight, straps are not painful. It fits, however it was a slight struggle to get the zipper all the way up. I punched tge material together without an issue but it wouldn't go all the way up until I fastened the top 3 clips. Then it zipped without an issue. It is soft and comfortable from trying on, the pee hole is perfect size.
