Liquid Rubber Paint is a premium, water-based waterproof sealant designed for indoor and outdoor multi-surface protection. With over 1000% elongation and UV stability, it forms a durable, flexible membrane up to 2 mm thick that resists cracking and sun damage. Safe and eco-friendly, it covers metal, wood, concrete, roofs, and more, curing in 24-48 hours to deliver a long-lasting, leak-proof barrier trusted by thousands.

## Description

Liquid Rubber Color Waterproof Sealant is an environmentally friendly coating that is easily brushed on and cures into a waterproof membrane. It can be used in many applications where you need to create a watertight seal. Flat Roofs, Metal Roofs, Sloped Roofs, Planter Boxes, Foundations, Sheds, Basements, Metal, Wood, Concrete and more. Use Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile to bridge seams, joints, vents, protrusions to create a long lasting repair or rejuvenation.Apply when temperature is above 50F/10C. and surface is dry, free of dirt, loose flaky paint and coatings, oil, grease, coal tar or other contaminants. Typically cures within 24-48 hrs. Do not freeze. Store in a warm area. Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is forcasted within 24 hrs. Not meant as a constant walking surface.Coverage - Vertical Surfaces - Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 25 sq ft (2.3 sq m). It should require around 2-3 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil (0.76 mm) (DFT) membrane. Flat/Ponding Surface - Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 15 sq ft (1.4 sq m). It should require around 4-5 heavy coats to achieve a 60-80 mil (1.5-2 mm) (DFT) membrane. Apply next coat when dry to touch and nothing is wet underneath; tacky is okay. Generally 6-8 hrs between heavy coats. Amounts vary depending on surface roughness. Use all material up to achieve a long lasting membrane.Avoid hot, direct, intense sunlight during application. Remove Painters Tape while still wet. Membrane will turn brown in ponding situations due to surfactants. Will dissipate over time as the water cycles and cleans.Clean Up - Use soap and water or mineral oil to clean skin.

I have used this product a few times. I used it on the roof of my fifth wheel camper and it has lasted for several years and still looks great. Just coated my small camper roof and I'm very happy with the results. I also bought green to seal the edge of my house roof as it has a metal roof and the trim on the from edge was leaking but the liquid rubber sealed it and matched almost exactly. This is pretty expensive but have used other products and they pealed and come off after a few months. This is supposed to last 20+ years. I having had it on anything that long but I have had it on an RV for several years and it is still looks great and no leaks!

Just finished my second coat the other day and was waiting for my first rain...:just check inside my shed after our first rainstorm after painting all my steel roof seams and screw holes....and DRY!!!! My shed space is FINALLY dry! So easy....so efficient....and I didn’t bother Cleaning up. I used an old tray, roller and brush and just discarded after the second coat! I bought the 5 gallon pail, light gray. When over the existing Olaf deteriorated tar that was remaining. First coat went good and I think it would have been fine with one but I had a ton leftover so the second coat I gave an extra think coating for peace of mind. Would highly recommend! I’m sure you could make it the workable area look nice using this material but because it was a back shed roof I just slathered it on. The colour is great too as the metal is a light grey so it’s not as noticeable from my Raised deck On my property which is just an added bonus. Over all I would highly recommend this product for giving a roof a new life especially for the price! Great value! I still have a 1/4 of the bucket left for future projects or touch ups!
