The old design didn't just stick over the front of your teeth - it actually wrapped around and back up, which is more secure. The old design could actually hide missing or crooked teeth. These will not work unless you have a nearly perfect set of teeth to begin with. Sure would be nice if the seller put more than a simple front-on picture in the description so you know exactly what you are getting instead of taking a $50+ gamble.
