They love it by itself or as a topper for their food. I have a senior kitty with arthritis and this seems to help her feel better and move a little better as well. The food is very smooth but you do see the tiny shred of tuna that my senior kitty licks up with zero issues.At the time of this review, this was $29.88 for a 12ct of pouches. It is a little pricey as others that I have gotten you get more for this price BUT I still give this 5 stars as it helps my senior kitty move more naturally with the added hydration as she is notorious for not drinking enough water. Each pouch is enough to be added as a topper for 3 meals for my senior kitty's meal. The nutrition in this is good for my senior kitty BUT I do with the pouches were larger.
