**Q: Can you use this to cut meats?**
A: What an odd question.  Of course you can cut meat with it.  Lots of carving knives sport serrated edges.   I've used this to slice meats, cheeses, and homemade breads.  I can not slice as thinly as shaved meat, however.

**Q: I noticed this said right-handed knife.  Does that mean I won't be able to use it correctly if I am strongly left-handed?**
A: No, it will not work for left handed people. You would have to cut awkwardly which would put you at great risk for accidents.

**Q: How thin can you slice with this knife?**
A: The one 1 have is completely adjustable.  Try it.

**Q: Will it slice thin enough for beef jerky?**
A: No. Guide is pretty flimsy.
