**Q: When to take**
A: I take Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics to maintain a healthy gut flora. If I have an upset stomach or gas, it helps to quiet that down. You can also take it to help with constipation. It works great for all of the above! I know because I’ve been using it for years.

**Q: Are the gel capsules supposed to be gel like or are they supposed to be hard**
A: They are suppose to be gel like with some firmness.

One of the very BEST pre, pro, postbiotics that I've used. These are far more than your typical probiotic!! They're very good for the gut, also helping to keep a person regular and healthier. I also LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! their probiotic soap too!!!! VERY good for any breakouts that may appear. It prevents acne and keeps the skin in ballance! :)
