**Q: I need 20 for work, will all the keys be different?**
A: I only needed one- but I needed 4 keys to that one bag. I contacted Master and I was told that they cannot offer replacement keys. So if you lose one you are buying a new bag. It would have changed my buying decision had I known this in advance and Master should SERIOUSLY look into this glaring oversight!

**Q: does each bag come with two keys?**
A: Yes, the 7120D includes 2 keys.

**Q: I must be a moron, but my bag doesn't lock? I can "lock" the lock but the zipper is still exposed?**
A: The pull tab on the zipper will remain exposed when the bag is locked. When locked, the slider piece attached to the cylinder will engage with the zipper to securely lock and prevent from opening. If you are experiencing issues, please contact customer service at 800-464-2088.

**Q: Will this hold 4 passports?**
A: It will definately hold 4 passports.

First impressions: The item appears to be of good quality. Although I generally have no need for the lock, the lock does function as advertised and both keys work. One reviewer mentioned the ID card slot as a potential weak point. I agree, this part of the design doesn't make sense, but anybody with a utility knife could cut through the bag in short order even without this feature. As another reviewer suggested, the idea is to keep honest people from meddling in your stuff as no bank bag is designed to withstand forcible entry. The zipper is metal and not the smoothest I've seen, but works satisfactorily. Storage capacity seems about average for this type of bag. Refer to the product dimensions in the item description to make sure you are getting the size you want. I would say it is worth the price paid.
