I use it every night to warm the foot of my bed to keep my feet warm. Once they are comfortable, I can move it to my left leg which tends to cramp. This has made a big difference in my leg cramps, not just while using it, but also in reducing the amount cramping during the day. The pad stays warm for a long time, at least a couple of hours, and the soft cover and malleability help make it comfortable to use. It is relatively small which is fine for my current use but I will keep the larger version in mind. The only downside for me is that my microwave is downstairs which is inconvenient.
