Don't know if their quality is any better, but this one is just perfect. Bought it to use with a family member currently receiving home physical therapy. Once it ends, then we have our own pad to continue the balance activities which has really helped with her walking and being more steady on her feet without a walker. It is every bit as good as the expensive one the physical therapist uses.
