I was even ready for extremely hard to spoon honey but although it looks like set honey (which I don’t like) it is a normal honey which has started to crystallise slowly. It has a bit of grainy texture which I find appealing, so for me at this point this jar of honey is absolutely perfect! And it smells beautiful like natural beeswax candles. It only arrived yesterday and I keep eating it so I can see myself recording very soon. My favourite effortless snack: sliced banana, topped up with little bit of good quality peanut butter and little bit of honey. Or sliced apples instead of banana for the fresher snack.
