They are good, the flavor reminds me of those those tiny red hot candies from when I was a kid. They freshen your breath great, with that Listerine burn, but I think the cool mint lasts a little bit longer than the cinnamon. Either flavor still works great, and are easy to carry in either pocket or purse.
