It may shrink if you put in the washer and dryer cause it is made out of 90% cotton **Q: would this be ok for running in warm weather?** A: Not good for warm weather, very thick material but very comfortable **Q: Is it breathable?** A: it is to a certain extent I had to cut a slit around my nose so I can properly breath or else I feel like I'm being suffocated. Also you will heat up very easily due to it being made out of 90% cotton and it being quite thick the wind has a hard time going through but I was indoors when I wearing it so I can be wrong. Added pictures so you can see for yourselves what the product actually looks like. The skull decal is completely different and inaccurate from what is presented in the pictures; 1.The nose is about 1" lower.
