**Q: Does this work on windows 8 because it says Windows: Xp,vista, and 7**
A: I have windows 11 and it works with my mouse . The operating system has nothing to do with mousepad. If it doesn't work,it's either the mouse or the computer there is a problem with.  You can even make your own pad . Just stick smooth cloth to rubber or cardboard.

**Q: What are the dimensions of this item?**
A: 12.6 inch by 10.6 inch. I had never bought a gaming pad only mouse pads so that is why I was surprised at the size (didn't really look at the description when buying was just buying a fair priced pad.)

I’m a bit disappointed and dissatisfied — the product is clearly a return, not brand new. It shows signs of use, the box has clearly been opened, and the protective film on the mousepad (roll) is missing, which is always present with SteelSeries products. In the end, I paid more because I opted for same-day delivery, only to receive a used item that cost more than a new one.
