I took 1 cap a day and on the 3rd day I felt awake and a bit clearer thinking. I am not kidding! I used to feel like I would like a mid-morning nap, but now I don't. My energy and focus are much better. I feel like I am better able to plan things, although I still may not want to do them at least I can prioritize and plan better. I heard some Dr. on a video say only sub-lingual doses work... not true.
