**Q: How long should they wear it daily?**
A: I would say as much as possible to keep their hands open.

**Q: Will this help keep my mom's hands from locking in a fist? she has gbs an as the nerves come back her fingers are locking**
A: Not the best product for that because the fingers are difficult to get in the loops.

**Q: Can you wear this while sleeping or will it just fall off?**
A: My mother had a stroke and her left hand is contracted. It never falls off. I have continued to buy these for her over and over. She has about 7 of them and we cycle them through the wash when they get dirty. They are wonderful
