So for side-by-side the images are vertically stretched. **Q: Does it take 4 1080p inputs and outputs a 4k of the combined 4 1080p inputs ?** A: It outputs a maximum of 1080p whether you are displaying 1 input or 4. The screen says its displaying each at 1080p but my monitor shows that it’s only receiving a combined 1080p signal. I’ll be sending mine back, as having four 960x540 screens looks absolutely horrible and most text cannot be read. **Q: What are the latencies of this device?** A: There's no latency. **Q: On a 4k @ 60hz tv, if my 4 inputs are 4 mac mini 2012 (hdmi 1.4 1920x1080), will I see the same 1920x1080 resolution for each mac with 4 screen mode?** A: Yes you will.
